Ok, so you may ask..why should I use Coconut oil, above any other oils out there?
The reason being, is that Coconut oil is THE SAFEST OIL in the WORLD to use to cook with.
You see, it is unlike other oils, that when you heat, they lose their goodness ( ie Olive Oil ).
Coconut oil does not change it's molecular structure when it is heated. It is the most stable oil in the world.
Coconut oil burns up immediately when it is consumed by your body. It doesn't sit as fat on your organs, and this means that it increases your metabolism.
It is therefore very beneficial for weightloss, diabetes, and high cholesterol.
Coconut oil is a SAFE saturated fat, and has received a lot of bad publicity previously for being a saturated fat. The fact that it contains medium chain fatty acids, make it a SAFE fat. So it is actually VERY GOOD FOR YOU!
Coconut oil has amazing anti-viral properties, and can be taken orally for any viruses, like colds and flu, or even for Herpes, or HIV, ( it has been clinically shown to reduce the viral load in HIV pt's )
Coconut oil has very good anti-fungal, and anti- carcinogenic properties, as it contains many beneficial phytochemicals, and can be used for skin disorders, like Psoriasis, and Eczema, and added to your diet in every way, from baking, to frying, and grilling.
Try some today...your health matters!!!!!

Ever tried Adult Ballet??
Ok, so I decided to get some exercise the creative way...and I don't mean 25 different positions in the bedroom...
I went to an Adult Ballet Lesson today. Hmmm. I honestly didn't think it would be as fun as it was!
Granted, the electricity was on the blink there in the little community hall...but that didn't stop this dedicated group of women.
They had ballet shoes nogal..?!
I of course, had to go barefoot, chipped nailpolish garnishing my stubby toes, I was complimented by the teacher on my figure. Apparently I have the figure for ballet! But that's where it stops, for unfortunately my two left feet stopped me completing any perfect thoughts of twirling around romantically on stage to swan lake like music any time soon.
I did try all the five positions, and will probably go back, maybe once more, just to try it out to music ;)
Next time YOGA baybeeee!

4 Weeks til break up day!!
It's been raining for nearly 7 weeks now, literally non-stop.
I don't possess a tumble drier, as I cleverly sold it before we moved up the hill, to save on electricity...but boy do I wish I hadn't now.
A couple of weeks ago,Hannah woke up in the middle of the night to puke, and didn't quite get to the bathroom on time. Grumpy and irritable, (I was only just drifting off), I got the poor child cleaned up, and threw an old towel over the mess on the floor. The next morning was I sorry. Needless to say, I have been ruthlessly trying to rid the room of the blue cheese smell for the last two weeks. Vinegar, Handy Andy, Stay Soft..all have been tried and tested...but it's still lurking there...hideously.
Hopefully when the sun starts to shine, the smell will evaporate, and we can all get on with our lives.
Note to self : get cheap rug for area next to Hannah's bed.
